    your animation is referring to a post and pre-synaptic cleft between two neurons.

  • Should've found someone with a less irritating voice. Sounds like a little girl with a stuffy nose.

  • Very good. You put so much work into this. There is one crucial item missing. It is the part on how ATP hydrolysis powers up the myosin head to do the "power stroke" immediately after Ca+2 clears the tropomyosin from the myosin-binding site on actin.
