No sails are up; so likely lost power to onboard/outboard and drifted in too close. Though I laugh that the one who posted this video thinks its funneh that he's "ignoring the tourist boat"; cause really when you've run aground you want to be sure to be waving at all the nice folk just floating by :P, cause there aren't any more important things to be doing.
