"Class of '96" is the FOX series directed by Peter Horton (of "thirtysomething" fame). The show deals with the story of 7 friends who attend Havenhurst College, a fictitious Ivy League school located in New England. The show was first introduced in January of 1993 and was canceled in May at the end of the show's first season.
Starring: Jason Gedrick as David Morrisey, Megan Ward as Patty Horvath, Brandon Douglas as Whitney Reed, Perry Moore as Antonio Hopkins, Lisa Dean Ryan as Jessica Cohen, Kari Wuhrer as Robin Farr, Gale Hansen as Samuel "Stroke" Dexter.

Jesus, Kari Wuhrer, Megan Ward, and Lisa Dean Ryan. Boy, if I was 5 years older at the time, I really would have been sad to see 'Class of '96' go.

that guy singing that theme song soo sounds like that guy that sang walking on memphis, i might be wrong but was that him singing that theme song for class of 96?
i watched a couple of these episodes and being young , around say 13 or so i thought it was blahh lol, but it was ok. that intro to the show just looked sooo schmucky and sentimental i just wanna ring its neck lol if only there was a spoof to that opening of that show it would make my day:D sooo is there a spoof for this? i wna c.

i used to imagine to stay & study at Havenhurst... ^_^, this TV series inspired me along my collegehood... love all the things inside it... I wish I could collect entire episodes... actually I taped them as audio-books :p... silly... I realy missed this good movie... :'(

Fox-TV did not want to have two competing tv series with kids in college, so when the Beverly Hills: 90210 group went to college, unfortunately, Class of '96 was cancelled.
