How terrible that Andrew Cuomo while NY Attorney General protected an admitted wife beater, the Judge James Peck. It makes no sense that Governor David Patterson was denied by party bosses to run for re-election due to his office intervening in a domestic dispute when Cuomo let a man who sent his wife to the hospital to get off free. Charges dropped and still a judge - Not even mandatory counseling. When are we going to demand justice for all?
