  • @wootness3000 the sad bit about that whole thing is... I did, 3K with Mobil 1 5w30 synthetic and a motor flush every few changes, its just the plague of the poor oil channels and flow of the engines :|

  • swapped to a 3.5HO from a 2001 chrysler 300, still alive and well and now at 172,500 miles on the odometer

  • 2.7s are (((junk)))...mitsibishi motor Dodge thinks they are getting away with selling this junk.Yes they made it cheap and sold alot of cars but now they are going to have to pay the piper.The word is getting out.

  • The water pumps on 2.7L are INSIDE of the motor; when the pump starts to leak eventually, WATER mixes with the oil forming SLUDGE, KILLING the motor...

  • sure it's all factory equipment... just not how it was when it rolled off the assembly line ;) lol
