I find it ironic that Ebay is now charging sellers final listing fees on the cost of shippng??? Apparently this is to protect buyers from preventing sellers from profiting on shipping. So Ebay's answer is to do exactly what their trying to prevent the sellers from doing...charging extra for shipping...Ebay..your business plan is piss poor..You will do good for another year or two but as soon as a reasonable alternative to you comes around...your sellers are gone.

Exactly! They don't see a problem profiting 9%. At the same time, they are redesigning forums and pages which work fine, but they could have written software to catch the shipping gougers, *if* that were the real reason for what they called a reduction in fees! Hilarious! They passed up the Twilight Zone and Bizzarro world stage a long time ago. There aren't any phrases strong enough now to describe what's happening. "Criminally Insane" comes close though. rotflmao

The amazing thing about this headless turkey is that he has no idea of how despised by most of its sellers eBay has become. What a turkey. But still I love all the hand gesticulations that this guy does: does he think he's taking to a deaf mute audience?

@semitar6 To be fair, this was done because of the high ship + low bid/BIN listings that were setup to avoid Ebay fees. Yes it sucks and truly only makes everything more expensive on Ebay as you have to mark up your shipping costs.

Ebay is scrambling to save whatever revenues it can, that's all. They could try getting a real CEO, but instead this moron somehow still has a job.

I've watched and listened to the video Donahoe is talking about and I don't hear any "threat". None whatsoever. Not even close. It's right there in related videos. Anyone hear a threat in there? Also, no clear sign anything is 'staged'. The person filming is clear across the room. I guess we shouldn't be surprised that Donahoe is not being truthful
