@femalechaos241 Welcome to the club! I used to be terrified of street sweepers too when I was little. Granted, I liked watching them go by, as I do now, but I only liked watching them from inside my house, or a car, or even outside at a "safe" distance. Nowadays, if I'm out walking, or waiting for a bus, etc., and a sweeper goes by me, I step away from the curb and grimace (a little of the old childhood fear is still with me, I hate to admit).

Canton, MS had one similar to this one maybe a 1995 model...the previous one was or an older 1970s Ford. Both truck had double steering wheels.

That is so incredibly awesome! Street sweepers! OMFG! I've never seen any cooler machine than a street sweeper! What a marvelous piece of enginering! That's just plain amazing!

I wonder what year model this sweeper is? Judging from the truck it looks like a 1980's or older, but yet appears to be in very good conditon.
