Hi , well i really want to lucid dream , but i cant. I contentrate for about 30 minutes and nothing happens. im perfectly still . Please help .!!

@SWSeigler Its like learning a language, you can do it if you do it right and put effort. In a lucid dream YOU control it.

I remember when I was about 7-8 i had a dream I got something really cool(i forgot what) then in my dream I went to bed and when I woke up thinking it wasn't a dream I argued with my parents and my older brother asking where it was. :) lol it happened more than one time.
