Medway Council has a lot in common with this bin.. They're both full of shite.....!!

Under 100 Metres from the front door of the Medway Healthy Living centre is a Dog Bin that is overflowing with Dog Poo and this is not the first time it has been like this.

Over the last 10 years life has not been rosy in my neighbourhood and this just adds to the frustration and the not so sweet smell of having Medway as my local council.

Think I'm being unfair to those who work at Medway Council.. Take a look at my other videos and see just why I have this view.. When the council failed to empty this bin I suffered the task of having to clean up the poo bags dropped in my garden. I guess the dog walkers thought the rough looking bit of garden was the responsibility of Medway Council but it wasn't. It was my garden and I couldn't fence it off due to the encroaching handrail installed by the council which they refused to remove.

The garden was not rough and uncared for.... it was home to a healthy population of stag beetles and slow worms both of which are endangered species and I had provided them with the environment they required to survive and multiply.
