The risks of not doing all this will endanger your invention. Somebody could copy and patent it prior to you, then sue you once you are in business.

If your idea is making this invention "Public Domain" then disregard all except part # 1, keeping all your timely records safe and sealed.

2-Make your own Corporation and assign the Application of the Patent to this Corp.

That way you will be only licensing not selling your claims.

3-If you do not have even applied for a Patent, do not disclose this with anyone, even signing a "Disclosure Agreement Form". And stop publishing anything related to the energy-acquiring apparatus as designs, schematics or any, or they will never grant a Patent.

If you already can generate 11 KW if power from one unit. Start making these and selling to people to power their house! Why do you want to bother with a car ?. You can make millions of pesos very quickly and protect your inventions for the short term on warranty services for the device.
