@jeeprbj Thanks, I really cant tell you how many different ways I've made these over and again, and again. Ive used shrimp and every cheese imaginable but never mexican chorizo. Thanks for the great insight.

Mayo, sour crream, salt, pepper,garlic powder, onion powder, adobo sauce and chipotles, squeeze of lemon or lime juice. Or you can just buy a bottle of it at the store,lol
