Watch Mr. Paul Mills, 10th degree black belt and former protege of Mr. Ed Parker, execute various American Kenpo Karate martial arts techniques and strikes in this compilation "speed set" video clip. Also included is bonus footage of several World champion fast draw shooting contests. Mr. Mills has combined many principles of motion used to break and tie several world fast draw records into his brand of American Kenpo which is why this is shown at the end. Mr. Mills is amazing.  I hope that my hands can get half that fast. The power and speed he generates is incredible. Anyone who thinks Kempo is a "slapping art" should meet Mr. Mills.
