Cataract Surgery with Floppy Iris.
I have used my standard technique with vertical chop. This demonstrates with an efficient and effective chopping technique, a cataract can be safely removed through a small pupil.

  • Nicely done. Very skilled. What viscoelastic are you using? Did you use intracameral epi / lidocaine mix at the beginning of the case? I've found this helps keep the pupil relatively stable in IFIS patients. Obviously, some patients have it more than others though. I like your videos.
