This is a great recipe and the possibilities of what you could do with pernil are endless. The only thing I would personally change is I would half the salt content. I would only use 1 tablespoon of salt because the Sazon also has salt in it. Other than that it was perfecto! Thank you Elba for your wonderful recipe!
