These days people have itching ears. they need additives to scratch the itch. you understand. Your music is beautiful. I would like to hear it a little straighter. Pure Melody and Harmony for these Gospel Hymns. Be trueto yourself. If you hear it straight, play it straight and people will pay to hear pure straight Music, Mathematical timing, Mathematical chords and progresion. Follow your heart, the Lord will reward you!

I am all for the "traditional hymns" these hymns were written under the inspiration of God and therefore should not be changed in their style, words..............ever. This was too jazzed up but excellent playing. Please post a video in the original style I would appreciate it.

Sounds like the ABSA to me! Great! I miss this sound. Too many young people gettin' up with the new junk, tainting the way the old stuff should sound. Not too embellished just enough. Good old organ music.

there is a fountain filled with blood drawn from Emmanuel veins when sinners plunged beneath the flood loss all there guilt and stain. Loss all their guilt and stain, loss all their guilt and stain, when sinners plunged beneath the flood loss all their guilt and stain
How come these days a organist can't play a hymn straight for a change and it be considered great instead of called 'funeral music?' It's a shame now if you don't entertain with jazz runs and chords on everything that you get as somebody told me "man your music put me to sleep and I ain't sleepy!" lolol Oh for those old days where we sat and listened and really enjoyed it big time!

Yes it's a beautiful hymn that should be in the hymn books especially the Baptist hymnal.
