It revs about 13000, because its 2-stroke. I have also Gilera rk50 and it revs little bit more than yours! About 14000 rpm! And it has not any modifications. Clean your exhaust or do something else to improve that. It's nice, but has also vibration as mine...

Dirtbike from Gilera Italy!50cc engine,free end exhaust 22mm carb and cut a wire in the loom!
