very nice vid... i love it, trying to be a QB in Colombia South America is hard when you dont have a coach... so i just watch your vids, train tecnique and work out to get a good arm

how can i snap my risk when throwing i want to see a video of this and does my hand need to force to snap the ball or wil it happen naturally when i hold it firmly and relax just like a basketball shot? i need to see how this is done.

he included romo because of mechanics. didnt your hear walsh britose? he may or may not be an elite quarterback, but his release is quick and his throwing motion is fluent. oh, and he is a great professional; walsh and parcells thought so...so dont be an ignorant football fan.
