"Brown Sugar", written and performed by the Rolling Stones on their mega-successful classic 1971 album "Sticky Fingers" is one of my all-time favorite songs. This song was very controversial back in the early 70's because of the "racy" content in the lyrics. Only the Rolling Stones would come out with a song like this back then. So here is my tribute video to the song accompanied by various pictures of some of my favorite black women ever to grace this earth.

Lyrics:

"Gold coast slave ship bound for cotton fields
Sold in a market down in New Orleans
Scarred old slaver know hes doin' alright
Hear him whip the women just around midnight
Brown sugar, how come you taste so good?
Brown sugar, just like a young girl should

Drums beating, cold English blood runs hot
Lady of the house wonderin' where its gonna stop
House boy knows that hes doin' alright
You should a heard him just around midnight
Brown sugar, how come you taste so good?
Brown sugar, just like a young girl should

Aaaaah brown sugar, how come you taste so good?
Aaaaah brown sugar, just like a black girl should

I bet your mama was a tent show queen
And all her boyfriends were sweet sixteen
I'm no schoolboy but I know what I like
You should have heard me just around midnight

Brown sugar, how come you taste so good?
Ahhhh brown sugar, just like a young girl should

I said yeah..yeah..yeah..woooooooo!
How come ya, how come ya taste so good?
Yeah..yeah..yeah..woooooooo!
Just like a, just like a black girl should
Yeah..yeah..yeah..woooooooo!"

  • YOU'LL NEED TO CHILL OUT. I SEE NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS VIDEO. IF YOU'RE A BLACK MAN LIKE MYSELF..I THINK IT'S AN HONOR THAT WHITE MEN SEE BLACK WOMEN VERY BEAUTIFUL.

ON MY CHANNEL I SPEAK WITH DIFFERENT WOMEN BUT I ONLY HAVE A VIDEO OF MY BEAUTIFUL BLACK WOMEN. (CHECK IT OUT)

ON THE OTHER HAND.. YOU HAVE BLACK GUYS AND RAPPERS MAKING VIDEOS OF WHITE FEMALES ON YOUTUBE. IMAGINE WHAT THEY BE THINKING OF. SO WOULD YOU CALL THAT SLAVERY? THINK ABOUT IT.

  • Pretty girls

  • ok i have a very dark sense of humor, and i dont think slave rape is funny in any way, but this song set to these pictures is just hilarious in a "totally missed the point" kind of way

  • @UncleChuckTH Yeah I hear what you're saying. Wow though, some people on here just make b.s assumptions as to what Mick and Keith were trying to portray with this song. It's like, just look and listen to the damn lyrics and it's all right there. Just because these guys are SINGING about touchy issues doesn't automatically mean that they are "promoting" or celebrating slavery. Anyone who truly KNOWS the Stones knows they love black people and black women especially

  • It was the Blacks from Africa that sold the black slaves. I'm so sick of going to videos like this and reading all these people arguing and some have no clue what they are talking about.
