@AsphaltTrouble There were 2 gold and 1 black. Black one was ground and the golden ones I had to test... They were either left or right. :)

Just follow the line and see whick two are going to the right and which ones are going to the left. After that it's basically 50/50, just put them in place with a tiny piece of some electrical tape and see if you have sound. If not switch them and test again. When sound is right you sold them to their place :}

@swiftus I very carefully used some wire cutters/strippers - I think that I only cut one side of each wire a little bit so that I could just pull the coloured insulation away with my hands...

I got some skull candy head phones ( the big ones ) and my dog eat the end and im trying to do the same would it work colors are gold blue and another gold

@guitarplayer2724 My guess is that blue would be the earth/ground connection, and the 2 golds left and right channels. Best to test them through trial and error - use some electrical tape to temporarily connect them...
