One property owner a former fire chief and three fires in the last 12 years,so far all undetermined.Someone needs to contact the FBI because Lebanon is run by the "Good Ole Boys Club"and sombody is covering for this guy their former fire chief.

This former fire chief has had three properties burn to the ground so far all three have been undetermined.This to me does not sound like coincidence.Sthis with a fine tooth comb.If I were a family member I would contact the FBI, they investigate possible insurance fraud and this one could have homicide involved.

The house was fully engulfed in flames before the fire department arrived.If I were Mr.Crisp's insurance company I would have a very close look at this one before paying him a dime.The state fire martials claim they were not sure what the previous citations were concerning this property.Well according to the Western Star newspaper in Lebanon they were several including "bad wiring","no smoke alarms"and "no water"I'm sure makes this place non-inhabitable alone according to most city ordinance.

Second fire in that same neighborhood owned by that former fire chief Jerry crisp.Man he must have been one heck of a Fire Chief.I seen a post from one the victims sisters on WCPO web site and claim her brother exchanging labour for rent with Mr.Crisp who was too shook up to speak to the media his words"Those guys were good friends"they living in a house not fit for a dog to live in?No water,no electricity,no fire alarms and bad wiring according to the Western star newspaper in Lebanon.
