I know I already uploaded this song from the soundtrack but this is the clip from the actual movie. Sorry about it getting cut off a little at the end ----------"Hello Young Lovers" from the 1956 musical film "The King and I" starring Deborah Kerr and Yul Brynner. Music and Lyrics by Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II. The Film was directed by Darrel Zanuck and is owned by 2oth Century Fox Studios.

  • @RafikiGurl123 marni was also one of the Nuns in Sound of Music, singing how do you solve a problem...also, this one and yes, my fair lady, which I think they should have kept Julie for Eliza.

    What a lovely song...so moving and poignant.These songs are as fresh now as they were in 1956.Rediscovering this film and have ordered it on dvd.

  • As a youngster I was moved by the music of R&H -- still am; as a man I'm moved by the words of Oscar Hammerstein II, more and more. I discovered him in this musical--the text to "I Have Dreamed." That is what this man does with no limits. Thanks for sharing.
