Under The Cherry Blossoms - X(tv) & Tokyo Babylon

I've been wanting to make an amv tributed to these favorite Clamp pairings for a while now. And when I came across this beautiful song by Sonata Arctica I decided that it was about time I made one.

Anyways this is a tribute to the pairings Subaru and Seishiro, and Hokuto and Kakyo from the animes X(TV) and Tokyo Babylon.

background info on characters

Subaru - 13th head of the Sumeragi clan, he is an onmyōji. He seeks revenge from Seishiro for killing his twin sister, however he still harbors feelings for him. Therefore he wishes for Seishiro to kill him instead and trains hard so that Seishiro can see him as a threat.

Seishiro - the Sakurazukamori, ("The Star Blossom) is an infamous assassin who's trademarks are cherry blossoms and inverted pentagrams. He uses an array of shinigami and elaborate illusions for his attacks. He makes a bet for that if Subaru doesn't fall in love with him within a year, he will kill him.

Hokuto - Subaru's twin sister who was killed by Seishiro. She urges her brother to continue fighting for what she believes is right. Right before her death she puts a spell on Seishiro saying that if Seishiro tries to kill Subaru the same way as her the attack will reverse and kill Seishiro instead.

Kakyo - A dreamseer in a coma who fell in love with Hokuto, when he met her "ghost" in his dreams.


Anyways both animes are excellent in my opinion. And I hope everyone will enjoy this amv
