We have taken out all artificial flavors, colors, and preservatives in our house. Things can get a bit tricky sometimes. Here is one way we can have chocolate pudding while making healthier food choices.

  • I was wondering, when you changed your sons diet you obviously would be changing the whole house....you mention your son's changes...how were the rest of the kids, did you get any major changes from them too...even the ones that were "easier to handle" ( i want for a better word sorry)

  • I didn't see any behavioral changes like I did with the one. I just know we are all healthier for it!

  • It was delicious!

  • The pudding was delicious!

  • I have six, my older one is in school, an I had two neighbor kids here! Fire Truck boy is the youngest boy!

  • wow isn't it scary what's in food these days? I was reading the ingradients on a box of mac-n-cheese the other day and it included so many dyes including red 40! I'm going to start buying organic...
