Hi! You will love this place. My favorite restaurant was the Romantico. I also like the Gondola and event the one on the beach... The pic of the old castle was taken in Santiago de Cuba, the first capital of Cuba. It's an historic city about 3 hours from Playa Pesquero. You have to take a tour guide tour (about a day long) but it worth the time... can't wait to see your pics!!! have a nice vacation!

I recommend Playa Esmeralda, the resort is called "Rio de Luna y Mares". Went there this past May and it was great.

who can resist the smile of maileen at the coffee shop :-),i went there 2 time last time for my 50 birthday,my favorite waiter at the buffet had a cake made for me,

Hi Everyone.. don't even think of going! Hurricane Ike almost destroyed this resort! All the roofs from the tops are gone they have serious rebuilding to do. Playa Coste Verde, another resort close by was completely destroyed

Hey I was also just wondering what the weather was like as I'm thinking of heading there mid-October but have heard that it's one of the worst times to go weaher-wise? It looks like you guys had quite a bit of sun though? xx
