How do you get under the deck to replace the blades? Do you remove the deck, or can you tilt the entire machine up and change blades without removing the deck?
if you cannot make it go strait by any means, there may be something wrong with one of your hydrostatic pumps... if it is just slightly off, you need to adjust the bolts behind the handles so that they have even power when fully pressed forward, or backward. both sides have bolts that can be adjusted.

how much did it cost?also it sounded like there was a rattle on the deck when you engaged the blades.

I'm 6'6"... This mower is comfortable for me - there were many that just didn't have enough leg space.
