if you're talking about the bars on teh side of the screen, thats just stock WoW UI

you enable it in the advanced settings.

that was really helpful thanks. has anybody looked at this new bot on wowcheatsYnet (replace Y with . ) ? it's incredibly awesome, ive got a level 80 rogue, mage and druid with pretty much complete pvp equipment thanks to it!
