And you can use a second long delay to sort of thicken up the tone of the first.

Yea there must be a part your not aware of, about everything past 1.20

You seem smart enough to know that any negative feedback is silly because your video is very helpful and I among countless others are greatful for your time and instruction. Thanks bro!

but if you use AUdelay and set it to 0.3509 it sounds much better and you dont have to jump through all the hoops, with the sustain peadal. this is especially usefull if you have garageband 08

Good video but you forgot something. The Edge uses his gear in stereo, he puts his mics in different places around the scene and it does the "second delay". So if you really want the exact sound that The Edge uses, you have to use a 2nd delay.
If you agree just let me put a video comment (my video of course) which explain that (sorry it's in french) ;)

Hey, why aren't you using a Vox AC30 simulator?
So, I have a question. I just got the Boss DD-20 for Christmas. What setting should I have it on for this song?

set up 8 repeats at whatever tempo you are comfortable with. The key is 8 repeats.

0:15 to 0:19 What the hell was that - your "Hi, I'm the Edge - AND a serial killer" look ? LOL. Then you break out into "Hey everyone!" - I had to laugh.
Great video.
Cheers.
