  • Eric moved me w this interview, despite knowing his story so well already A superstar of his stature demonstrating such raw honesty and humility is so refreshing in these days of Lady Gaga & Kanye! Where will those 2 no-talent egomaniacs be in 30 yrs? Selling out arenas w nothing more than a guitar and vocals, basic back-up band & 30 years of music to cull from? I don't think so!

God Bless Eric Clapton. And kudos to the late, great Ed Bradley for an excellent interview. RIP, Ed.

  • Great music always comes from pain.

  • Eric Clapton is a legend

  • Clapton is a fucking God.

  • He looks like a cool Bill Gates now. lol

  • @spagetteo Do you really think those two hacks are going to be seen as musical heroes in 40 yrs time, and be marked down in history books as legends of the music world, I highly doubt it. In reality, they and many others are just plastic stains that will in time, wash of and be all but forgotten through future trends and marketing plans. They are really not building anything, just adding to the pile of bullshit that the kids these days are eating up. I yearn for the day when people wake up.

  • i'll bet robert plant called eric when he lost his son since robert lost his son tragically & made the song "all of my love"

  • @TheJoec2005 In my Fathers Eyes I think.

  • what's the song played at 8:28?

  • @WATERFOWL3R nope.he thought his grandmother was his mom and he thought his mom was his sister.

  • @slowhandfan01 I agree with what you say about Clapton. He is a very big hero of mine. But I also think that Kanye and Lady Gaga are well on the way to building their own legacy.Let's not forget Kanye has been doing his thing for 16 years already. And while I'm not a fan I understand that he worked his ass off to get where he is.Listen to the interview, Clapton had to go to hell to get his humility.
