This is a screen-capture of an openGL based Terrain Editor I made for one of my classes.It supports different textures, and it is capable of importing and exporting files as both heightmaps and obj files.

I think the sky is really amazing how did you do this! I m make all my terrains by random Algorithm

The sky is basically a sky texture slapped onto the inside of an inverted hemisphere model. The texture mapping unfortunately is not correct :(

Looks really good! Kinda reminds me of the terrain editor in SimCity 2000. Nice job.

@N1rium89...heihgtmaping is actually one of the easiest ways of rendering terrain.
For example, I can use about 10 lines of code, using heihgtmapping techinique to render any complex terrain....
