Yes it does look a bit like dancing but routines are used to build strength and technique. People who study chin woo don't study it purely to be great fighters. Have u ever seen n e one use deep stances in a real fight?... No cos it's impractical. But it does teach you to twist in to your punches and when u apply that knowledge in a fighting stance it improves power. This is why most wushu practitioners who want to fight take up Sanda or kickboxing aswell. So next time u wanna ef
