Abstinence Only - Does Not Work! Duh!

JUST TELLING OUR KIDS "DON'T DO IT" DOES NOT WORK!
Guess what folks, teaching abstinence-only to young adolescent teens fails in all the studies except the ones conducted by the abstinence-only advocates. Isn't that a shocker? Well, to anyone with a few brain cells, that was a given. From the very beginning, when Bush and his followers rejoiced and couldn't wait to hit us over the head with their abstinence-ONLY asinine program. Of course, we should teach our teenage children good judgement, if that is at all possible when it comes to the powerful instinctual urges belonging to all life, the drive to BEGET. Try telling a teeny bobber about love and responsibility. They'll look at you, the same way you look at a dog chasing its tail, bewilderment of such a stupidity lag.
But, for most parents, the teen "eye roll" just slides off their back, down to the floor where it can be easily stepped on.
But all sarcasm aside, teaching this program alone is not just block-headed, its outrageously dangerous. By not equipping our young with knowledge on self preservation, we neglect the most basic fact of life, the instinctive teachings of fundamental survival techniques. Go and watch some wild life with their young and you will see such training.
Birds do it, Bees do it, even Monkeys in the trees do it. Let's do it, lets teach our young important "no brainer" essentials, so they can make informed decisions to help preserve our species.

If a cop comes home early from work and catches you, your brother, your son fooling around with his wife or 12 year old daughter (you'll wish that would've abstinence worked). What do you say to a cop, who catches you or your son, with his 12 year old daughter and your 19? Will her father the armed cop have a smile on his face, lol? No really what do you say? Do you say "sir, I know i'm on top of your daughter but i'll be finished in a minute" lol. The cop came home un-announced!

@Headhunter... Ok using your argument, lets say

you have a 19 year old son (25 years from now) and

a woman invites him over at 11:30pm and you taught

your son, to "just protect yourself" and its all ok. Now

in "this case" here's what would've happened as your

son is in bed with her...HER HUSBAND, forgot his

wallet on the table and came back at 12:30 to get it

in his police car and catches your boy in bed with

his wife! And cops are armed, WHAT DO YOU tell

him then? Any answers lol?

I learned much of this from former NBA Champ AC Green - club ac ,com. Being a fan for years I heard his whole story and as a result I switched and commited myself to waiting till marraige too. And so far its working! Awe too bad for those who wanted to use me for 1.child support cash, 2. to abort my son, to enrich Planned Parenthood. By not doing this now number 1 and 2 above cant happen. I deny the deceiver opportunity to exploit me. Being a black guy, was I suppose to know this?

These guys want me to fall for the trick, when they say "did ya get some? They say this with no regard for the outcome of their "suggested" actions, in question form. This is a trick to get me to make a baby with the wrong girl, an air-head. Some guys like us use HIGHER thought Thats why we're so hard to decieve. I have the ability to make babies and to me I take that seriously. That child will be my most precious possesion and I said no to air- heads, no ooops babies! Only the wife!

There Jason makes an excellent presentation proving what we already know in our hearts (but wont admit) that abstinence does work. I have NO Hiv, Aids, Costly Child support that cuts your check to 99.00 a week. Abstinence works and the girls are signing up, so guys are fighting it, lol. (But beyond that as I said on my page I DON'T WANT AIR HEADS HAVING MY KID)!

If you actually think you're gonna be able to convince the entire world not to have sex until marriage, you're delusional. Telling kids "DON'T HAVE SEX!" doesn't work, it never has, and it never will. Ladies, the truth is, if you ever become the "victim" of a life long, no cure – STD, was the frog worth it? Or should you wait to marry that special dream prince charming?
