Guitar transcription - Never Been In Love Before - Ed Bickert Trio

I tried to write what I ear and see but the two things did not always match (I know, it's me).
Ed Bickert loves to slide his index finger on the fretboard and that sometimes makes for not so intuitive fingering.
I believe that getting not only the notes but the position in which he plays them gives a better understanding of what he thinks while improvising but in this case I had to fill the blanks in many occasions.
In the tab I have written what I see in the video but personally when I play this I have to go for more intuitive options and you will notice the difference in the fingering if you check my shot at it here

The notation needs to have a Bb key signature. Your getting A#'s instead of Bb's
