1) you keep on moving hips like a woman

2) In Cuban rumba (That you are TRYING to dance) man move expecially shoulders and chest, NOT hips and bottom

3) you don't dance on clave

4) Try to learn before teaching.Cuba is not so far from Miami so you could go there for a nice trip. If you can't, you could pay a good cuban teacher

@dnyc78hotmail It Sounds Great !!! I've studied with another professor from Conjunto Foklorico who now is living here in Italy. His name is Leonardo Martinez Moya. Anyway, the greatest inspiration for me is a dancer who is in my opinion one of the best afro/rumba/abakua dancer I've ever seen. his name is Esmil Diaz .What about sharing some movies?

@pitopito64 I started taking classes two years ago with Felix "Pupy" Insua de Conjunto Folklorico Nacional de Cuba, and Yoruba Andabo - It has changed my outlook on dance, and life as a whole! Afro, Rumba, and Palo, are some of the most beautiful dances that exist.
