Season 1, Episode 8 (Aired May 14, 1977)
This episode looks into the "Mummy's Curse," the supposed curse that struck the members of the Lord Carnarvon and Howard Carter expedition that discovered and entered the tomb of Egyptian King Tutankhamun in 1922. The validity of the curse is investigated to see if it was responsible for several mysterious deaths among the expedition, including that of Lord Carnarvon himself. Was there a real curse on the tomb or were the events that happened merely a strange coincidence? Narrated by Leonard Nimoy.

@NETWORK23STUDIOS No, this is right. Years were counted down BC. So 1334 was before 1325.

Carter did not wait for Lord Carnarvon, he entered the tomb himself that night and examined it for a while and also took a few tiny things which I believe he later returned. He then sealed the tomb again and waited for the formal entry with Carnarvon. The true story was written by a curator of the NY Museum of Natural History.
