Fireworks and Snow at The Grove Christmas Tree Ceremony 2009

Who woulda thought--fireworks AND snow? Only in America--wait, I mean, only in L.A. :-)

The whole experience was great minus the crowd, the cold, and the long wait for the actual lighting of the tree. Parking was GREAT! The lot was completely full just 10 minutes after the show started, but we still managed to find a spot... and exiting with the 100's of other cars was surprisingly a BREEZE! Just $3 to park. They just better get rid of that host for next year, he made for a TERRIBLE MC.

@greatchefdennis I recommend going at least 30 min early to crawl through traffic, get parking and to push your way through the crowds to get a good view! Although you'll be early which means you have to stand in the cold for at least 2 hrs before the fireworks starts, there are musical performances before the show :-)
