NIce one Matt! I have done some of this in Quebec and like you say no constitution was signed but in court, when you ask them who they represent, and they say the crown, and then ask who the crown is, they answer the queen. Now if they represent the queen, then the common law is the law. They can say whatever they want about the napolen law and all but that question creates a confict of interest and then they are screwed.

Being a freeman on land means to waive all the benefits. To do this you must turn in you SIN# and abandon your drivers license. Then you can sit there and tell the officer about the freeman movement.
