I have this software and I love it, but the only thing I hate is to have to manually change the Items quantity, If only the system automatically group the same items everytime I scan them, that will make my check out time more easy, faster and efficient. If anyone knows how to update or add some kinda program let me know! I love this software!

It sounds like you had a really bad experience which is unfortunate. We've been selling it for over 5 years and its really come a long way. The dealer does make a big difference in some cases but the software is very good out of the box and quite useful by many retailers. 40,000 users out there and we have a long list of happy customers that we can share with anyone who is interested in a deeper dive.

I have invested alot of time and money into this software, and I know alot about it. DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE! There are several flaws that make it useless in serveral ways. Plus, to have a company come in and set it up for you would cost thousands. Try to find real reviews online. There are none. Just a bunch of reseller misrepresenting a product they have never really used. I hope this helps.
