This is a load of old rubbish. I mean I could go for anything from this but as I only have 450 characters here's an example. Romans 1:1-2 is supposed to show salvation by faith alone according to these guys: here it is "1 Paul, a servant of Christ Jesus, called to be an apostle and set apart for the gospel of God— 2 the gospel he promised beforehand through his prophets in the Holy Scriptures" Does someone want to tell me how this is supposed to prove salvation by faith alone? Anyone?

@hess6wi I'm not really sure what you're talking about, but one thing is for sure, Romans talks much of salvation being by faith & not other things, get it? Educate yourself: Romans 3:22, 24, 26, 28-30; Rom 4:3, 5, 11, 16; Romans 5:1, 9; Rom 9:30, 33; Rom 10:4, 9-10; Rom 11:6 also Galatians 2:16, 21; 3:5-6, 8, 14, 22, 24; Ephesians 1:13, 2:8; Philippians 3:9; 1 Timothy 1:16. It's quite possible that the speaker meant to say Romans 5:1 instead of the 1:1-2; they're not infallible like the pope.

The Scriptures don"t teach the need for a Roman pope at all but rather faith & trust in the Lord Jesus Christ Who is the Head of the church, not Ratzinger. @CAnswersTV Dont be a fool, the Pope is the leader of the Catholic Church, which means hes the head of the Church, why would Jesus not protect His Church with a leader. the pope is the vicar of Christ. He is the servant of the servants of Christ. SERVANT. Not Christ himself nor Jesus. Jesus is the center of Catholicism. Jesus does control His church, you know why? @taxmiy Very well said brother! It really is "God's grace, not logic" that brings people to a knowledge of the truth (Ephesians 2:8-10). We as Christians can use all the argumentation & logic we can muster to try to convince people of the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ but in the end it is really God's grace, mercy & love that bring salvation to lost sinners (2 Timothy 2:24-26). Excellent testimony!
