THis 95 tonne machine fitted with GPS underwater dig system is dredging the berthing areas for the oil and gas terminals on the Thames. Working at depths up to 20 metres and mounted on a self propelled spudleg barge.

  • May dredge up some old unexploded ordinance from past bombings during wartime. Slow way to dredge. And harsh environment for equipment.

  • @mik050676 Accugrade and Trimble are one in the same. A joint venture between CAT and Trimble to produce Accugrade.

  • What type of GPS equipment was used on that machine? Accugrade or Trimble?
