It's the same type of fold as for the neck and head of the duck, so go to 5:06 and use the same logic for the fold you are stuck at. :)

Just comment back if you still find it difficult and i will try to explain it better.

I'm stuck at 3:14 aswell.. I don't manage to get that smooth fold.. it just popps up into some weird shit..

I know 3:14 is hard, probably the hardest. But if you keep trying I am sure you'll get it soon. :)
