@dave451pr Officers are sort of the people "in charge" if you will, they outrank the enlisted and have attended college for 4 years at least, have gone through special training and meet other requirements, its kinda hard to explain.

to keep it consistant, you should have shown either collar devices, or sleeve insignia, not both. I realize non-rates have no collar device, but that could have been noted in the video. But good job taking the time to put this together.

command master chief is a position not a rank.
E7 is Chief
E8 is Senior Chief
E9 is Master Chief
E10 is Master Chief or the Coast Guard

my pop is a retired O3, worked at USCG HQ... wrote the logistics manual... cant beleve three Admirals asked him to reconcider his retirement.. and my pops wishes he can go back in
