Well, gee, several people have asked for info about the young girl singing the solo, but no one has responded. So I will. Her name is Hailey Collier. Not sure how old she was at the time. 15? This song was recorded at a Women Of Faith conference at Nashville Arena in 1998.
I've volunteered at many WOF conferences (I'm a man, by the way), and they have been a blast to support. The women are all so friendly. And, wow, can they spend! (I worked one of the merchandise booths).
