  • It depends on the person. Some people can do three sets with 90 seconds in between, while some people can do more. My best day was six sets with 90 seconds in between and 2 minutes rest in between the last two sets.

  • Do about 3-4 sets without compromising your form. I like doing the routine on Mondays and Wednesdays, running on Tuesday and Thursday, and doing a fitness test on Fridays (diagnostic). Hope this helps. HOOAH!

  • how many sets do u have to do of this (3 types pushup set) in a single day and how many seconds rest in between? I really need to reach that 150 pushups.
