Now, now. Come on. You have to admit, an awful lot of your musical peers think that, e.g., once they can blare four chords in arena-rock style, they've "mastered" the guitar. I was just saying--as a veteran of 40 years in jazz--that it's nice to see young people go in a more demanding direction. (And yes, for the record, I also like Reznor, Deftones, etc.--because they're inventive.)
