My completion of week 4. Phase 1 is over! 60 more days to go! I feel like I have great results and will do better this phase. I love this community! I had a fun time at the pool today. Startin' the classic program in my community this Monday!..Progress all the way around. Lost 8lbs and 14.5 inches. I also bought resistance bands so I'm kicking it up a notch.

Natural Haircare! thats what im searching for mostly :-) but getting fit as well, mostly toned, I do push ups, lift weights and sit ups.

Nubyia, all that I can say is WOW!!!! 14.5 inches and 8 pounds? That is incredible!!! I am so proud of you. You are bringing it and I am so looking forward to your future progress.
Now for the important stuff:-) There will be no watching of my singing videos online!!! That is completely embarrassing!!!!
