The Stromer electric bike by Legacy E- Ride is currently one of the most powerful and highest quality electric bicycles in the US. The Stromer eBike has a dual mode system that lets you choose between automatic Power assist or Throttle-only joy riding. Its beefy, 600 watt, brush-less, gear-less motor is 100% maintenance free. Stromer uses a high end 36 volt Lithium-Ion battery pack with 10ah (360 watt/hours) capacity to support long and fast riding. Even with it's high capacity the battery still small and light enough to make the Stromer feel and handle like a regular mountain bike rather than an electric moped.

Stromer electric bikes are designed for the Alps of Switzerland. Expect the finest quality and craftsmanship - a bike that can help you up a hill that most mountain goats would struggle with.

  • I enjoy watching the NYCEWheels bikes reviews. Peter does an outstanding job giving the viewer a look at a lot of bicycles that one may never see in a local bike shop in your corner of America.

  • @YouTubilify

Thank you for watching and for the kind words. Feedback like yours makes at all worth-while. 3-10 hours of shooting, another 4-12 hours of editing. Again, thank you so much for watching and commenting, hopefully our Video's get even better as we gain more experience. -Bert

  • Figuring $300 for a Li battery that lasts about a year if you ride 10,000 mi/yr. For this same amount of money you could run a 50 cc. or 100 cc scooter that gets 100 mpg. and never have to pedal. Of course, even cheaper if you want exercise is to just ride a bike for exercise cause you can buy a bike for $100. These fancy e-bikes cost more than a small scooter too. Except for electricity, these are not cheap. An exception is the Ezip on sale right now at Bestbuy.com for $349.

  • @dkw12002

Actually the battery is about $700 and is good for about 500 charge cycles. True, gas can go further but it stinks, makes that annoying chain-saw sound and always needs service and maintenance. $3k is cheap if you are going to replace your car or do it for health or fun. An eZip is a great introduction into the ebike world, you should try it out for a couple of years and see what fits you down the road. We use to sell those 10 years ago when we first started. -Bert

  • the guy ruins his knees' he sits much too low

  • @massoud999 Haha, yeah I felt a bit uncomfortable on the video but we didn't have any large size bikes in stock when we were making it so I had to ride low... I am 6'2" so I'd normally be riding the 20" or 22" frame. -Peter

  • @nycewheels True dat, but who can replace a car with a bicycle? We need to use interstates, drive in bad weather, occasionally long distances, etc. I cannot imagine riding an e-bike in NY winter weather. I own 3 e-bikes, the Ezip, a 750 watt, 36 volt Amped bike from the kit, and a 250 watt, 24 volt Hill Topper, also from the kit. I also own 3 scooters 125cc, 150cc and 300 cc, and of course my car..a Prius. Something for every occasion. I am test riding a Zero S tomorrow. I do like e-bikes.

  • @nycewheels lol

each one promotes his products. Business!!

  • @nycewheels Hi Peter

I only know metrics measures, but I made the remark because people who sit too low on their bikes ruin their knees, that takes some time , but it is irreversible

Perhaps you could make a video of the right measures of bikes.

Have a pleasant weekend from rainy Israel.
