Arima Onsen (Hot Springs) is right on the back side of Rokko Mountain where I live. I often visit there with my family and when ever someone comes for a visit, we are certain to take them to Arima at least once! Arima Onsen is one of the oldest hot springs in Japan and often appears in written histories about Japan. The many natural minerals and ingredients found in the waters there are rare worldwide and are really wonderful for ones body. From the many temples and shrines to the beautiful, narrow, old town streets, the entire area is really a wonderful place to walk around and visit.

I have been in Japan now for a bit over 20 years. My interest in Japan started with Origami when I was 5 years old and after coming here in High School, I just could not stop coming back. I have enjoyed traveling all over Japan and studying many of the traditional arts such as Kimono, Tea Ceremony, Kendo and Kyudo. The more I see and learn the more I come to understand how much more there is to find out about. Japan really is a wonderful place to visit or live. I hope these videos give a taste of what one can do here, encourage those that have yet to visit, and give new ideas for people looking to try something new and interesting here. Yokoso!

The Japanese Shinto shrine has many various degree of formalities. Some are recognized by the nation & emperor of Japan as state class shrine & others are not.
And what you mentioned in those are all `jinnjya` shrine and NOT `Jinguu` or `Taisha` shrine. The `jinnjya` are local shrine left too much of their own self-stle of worship nothing to do with formal Shinto religion. If you want to disccus what really shinto religion, you must look to all `Jinguu` or `Taisha`.

Hello. The Japanese has the sense of the ancients. This is the same as an ancient Roman sense. I introduce a festival of Japan to you. I send it by a personal message.

You are completely wrong. The gate called TORII is same with the Jewish word gate and generally painted red ie, considered blood colors which is to paint the entrance. The same episode occures in the old testament when Jews were ordered by GOD in Egypt. Many Japanese ancient religious custom is closely related to Jedaism and nothing to do with genital worship. Sick.

Shinto DOGMA is only to make every thing cear and genuine. This is the reason why
Japan could be developed country. Since ancient era every workplace, for example, japan sword blacksmith had own small shinto shrine shelf on the wall of workshop.
They prayed every early morning to the small shrine as they can be perfect swordmaker. The dogma order to artisans as to be genuin work and clean world.
So shinto made Japanese. When you visit factory you will find out small shrine in factory of Japan.

The Shinto is genital faith. The gate of the Shinto shows a female genital tract. The course to the shrine is a birth canal. God is the uterus.
This is a few sense in Christianity.
The Japanese sense may resemble an ancient Roman closely. Reference Simbolismo fallico by wiki
