Century eggs are a bit of an aquired taste. :9 Since I am Chinese and grew up with them, I love them. On its own it might be a bit strong for westerners, but maybe you should try the century egg and meat congee, it's really good.

If you guys want to eat it directly, at least add some soy sauce or mix it with tofu to make tofu salad. That will taste much much better. Anyway, like your video. TU.

It's like watching a guy drinking soy sauce and whining how bad the soy sauce is as a drink.

Hi guys, century egg on it's own might repel people because it does have a smell. Try it with some silken tofu, top it with sliced century egg and finely chopped young ginger. in a separate bowl mix soy sauce with a little sugar and green onion and sesame oil and drizzle over the tofu. very yummy side dish.. you can even top it with some fried shallots and garlic to make it taste even better
