I have tested Need For Speed SHIFT and i can just play on lowest settings without lag but the game is lookin' a shit. Say some game name so i can test it if u want.

I have an XP desktop from around 2003 or 04' if I installed these, some RAM, more space and a new sound card would I be able to use a card like these? Or do I have to just buy a new PC?
