But really those lights aint flashing..when the aircraft moves they appear to be flashing...another reason maybe coz of the dust and sand in the air or it may just be the exhaust fumes from the engine distorting the view :p

the lights were from the road works lol. There were so many building sites on the decent path. Going back to dubai in 2 weeks :D will get another video I think :P
